Staffs are very nice and helpful, not like other ordinary SALES guys who just wanna make profit. My recommendation is to go visit here after shopping other places around so you can check the price, warranty, quality, etc. I'm very sure Yes Appliance Outlet is the best option we all got in OC and LA county area. They offered 30days factory warranty and then 1 year warranty through CPS for free, I also had little issue with washer I purchased from them, the technician came on same day and fixed issue right away(well, actually there was no problem with washer, it caused by my misuse)

Very knowledgeable staff and courteous. Also great prices will be coming back for sure.
